New BidCraft accounts receive a 30-day trial that includes up to 30 AI-generated estimates. A payment card is not required to start the trial. Access to paid AI features stops when the trial expires or its estimate allowance is used unless the user purchases a subscription.
BidCraft Solo costs $29 per month or $290 per year, plus any applicable taxes. The selected amount and billing interval are displayed again in Stripe Checkout before payment is submitted.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Stripe processes subscription payments and provides receipts.
Users may cancel at any time through the BidCraft customer billing portal or by emailing bidcraft.support@proton.me. Cancellation prevents the next renewal. Paid access continues through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, including for partially used periods. If a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized payment, or service problem occurs, contact support promptly. We will review the request and provide a refund when required by law or when JJ's Woodworks LLC determines that a refund is appropriate.
Contact bidcraft.support@proton.me with the account email, charge date, and a description of the issue. Do not send full card numbers or banking credentials by email.
