BidCraft is subscription software that helps contractors turn project conversations and supplied details into editable draft estimates, organize customer records, and store estimates in a cloud account.
Artificial intelligence can produce incomplete or inaccurate information. A qualified contractor must review every estimate before it is sent, accepted, or used for purchasing or construction. Users remain responsible for measurements, scope, pricing, taxes, permits, codes, schedules, and professional judgment.
Users are responsible for obtaining every consent required by applicable law before recording or uploading a conversation. BidCraft may not be used to record anyone without permission.
Users are responsible for their account credentials and submitted information. By uploading information, users confirm they have the right to process it through BidCraft. Users must promptly notify support of suspected unauthorized account access.
New accounts receive a 30-day trial with up to 30 AI estimates. The Solo plan is offered for $29 per month or $290 per year, plus any applicable taxes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Details are provided in the Billing and Cancellation Policy.
Users may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or malicious content, interfere with service operation, or use BidCraft to violate another person's privacy or rights.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, JJ's Woodworks LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses or for decisions made from unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
We may update the service or these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email when reasonably practical. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply.
